We left the art college and headed for an area of town
upstream from the European Parliament that we knew had
serveral building sites and some very middleclass
accommodation.
On arrival we split into two groups and set off to scrounge
materials to build the boat.
After half and hour or so we had enough to start construction.
Within an hour we had constructed a vessel, which was sailed down the canal
past the European Parliament.
We then hauled the boat out of the water and transported it back to the
college.
