ADDRESS TO NETWORK ART AND PUBLIKUM symposium

KUNSTLERHAUS BETHANIEN, BERLIN, 30th October 1998

Thank-you very much, I am delighted to be here to speak to you all about the
forthcoming Cramley election.

As the New Millenium approaches, Cramley is facing difficult times.

Witness the closure of the Nu-Kost supermarket after protesters sieged the store, and
witness too, the vandalisation of some of our public artworks, like the Nam Jun Paik
port-a-loo.

We must stem the rising tide of unemployment and crime whilst encouraging creative
and productive opportunities for our community.

We at the CTA know that private enterprise and free trade in Cramley will be an
important factor in building our self-confidence, so let me outline our progressive
and modern concept that will facilitate the growth that Cramley needs:

The ALLOTMENTS FOR FOOD AND FOR FUTURE scheme

CTA have analysed the growth markets locally, nationally and internationally and our
results show that Food and Technology are the areas that consistently remain the most
economically viable for business enterprise. You only have to look at Bill Gates or
the late Linda McCartney

Cramley has to invest in food and technology. The AFFF scheme proposes to give 300
acres of estate garden land to Cramley Housing Tenants for the development of organic
gardening and computer training centres.
