the United Kingdom's leading web hosts.

Our client operates a mailing list with 500+ recipients
regularly disseminating IRATIONAL.ORG news and announcements.

Our client has owns the copyright on this mailing list.

It has recently come to our clients attention that you have
unlawfully copied and made use of their mailing list.

The following addresses are private and were only known to
the sysop and webmaster of IRATIONAL.ORG

copy <copy@irational.org>

list <list@irational.org>
property <property@irational.org>

We have received email from you to these addresses providing
us with concrete evidence of your possession and therefore
theft of our clients copyrighted property.

We have advised our clients that your activities constitute

an actionable copyright infringement entitling them to
commence proceedings against you.

Any proceedings commenced against you will include claims
for injuctive relief, damages, costs and delivery up.

Therefore, unless we receive proof within the next 10 days
of the date hereof that you have deleted any copies you may
have in your possession of IRATIONAL.ORG's mailing list, we
will advise our clients to commence proceedings against you
without further notice.

If you comply with the above demands our clients will not
claim costs and damages from you. Otherwise their right to
claim costs and damages are reserved.
