Best Curry As Ever
During my short residency at Weltkunstzimmer in Düsseldorf, I was so impressed by one of the curries cooked by a co-resident artist Shilpa Nayudu. This Andhra style chicken curry made me literally 'fly', in Japanese, 飛んだ (Tonda).
