There are a variety of existing audio tools, services and sources on the web that 
can be used to manage or rebroadcast streams. Interfaces for the listener and producer
is an area of net.radio that is being pioneered on many levels by artists and programmers
on the xchange network.
To schedule your own live stream within a context of other live streams
go to

and select the radio90 scheduler.

When creating an archived, non-live audio source it is not necesary to use an audio server.
You can ftp the finished file onto your own http web server and create a link to it.
However, if you are interested in placing your audio file within a special context
